Parking & Event Details
Please note that there are no reserved parking, passes or dedicated parking spaces available.
It is recommended that you bring your vehicle in only during the designated setup hours for drop-off and then move it out of the festival zone immediately afterward.
There are two Green P paid parking lots located near the Bazaar: Parking Lot 1: Green P Carpark# 151 at Hiawatha Rd, Toronto, ON M4L 2Y1 (just north of Gerrard Street) Parking Lot 2: Green P Carpark# 180 at 268 Rhodes Ave, Toronto, ON M4L 2A1
(just south of Gerrard Street on Rhodes Avenue)

- Please note that parking is paid, space is limited, and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Setup Procedure – Load-In Instructions
All setup must be completed between 7:00 AM and 11:00 AM on Saturday.
Barricades will be in place at both entrances to the festival on Gerrard Street, at Coxwell Avenue and Glenside Avenue. Upon arrival, you may drive directly to your designated booth space for unloading until 11:00 AM.
Vendors are welcome to bring vehicles into the event site to unload supplies between 7:00 AM and 11:00 AM. After unloading, all vehicles must be removed from the site as soon as possible, and no later than 12:00 PM.
No vehicles will be permitted on site after 12:00 PM.
Road closures will begin at 11:00 AM. If you arrive after this time, please proceed to the checkpoint and provide your name to the staff member on duty to gain access.
If you arrive after 12:00 PM, load-in will still be permitted; however, vehicle access will no longer be allowed, and all supplies must be brought in by hand/trolly/dolly.
Setup Restrictions
Your designated area will be communicated closer to the event date once the final site map has been completed.
All setup must remain strictly within your assigned space and within the white streetcar lane markings painted on Gerrard Street East by the City.
The middle lane is designated as an emergency access lane, as indicated in the image above, and is strictly out of bounds for any setup, equipment, or storage.
All structures, including tents and canopies, must be properly secured with sufficient weights at all times.
Please note that there is a maximum height restriction of 10 feet throughout the festival area, as TTC overhead wires run approximately 12 feet above street level.
Procedure for Saturday night
Canopies and umbrellas should be lowered down/ half mask at close on Saturday 11:00 pm or before as per your planned exit schedule.
The festival will have overnight roaming private security on site. However, sponsors remain fully responsible for the security of all materials and equipment within their designated area or canopy.
Please do not leave any valuables in your booth overnight.
The festival, its organizers, and the BIA shall not be held liable for any theft, loss, or damage to your canopy, equipment, or any belongings left on site overnight.
Teardown & Exit Schedule - Procedure for the closing of the festival on Sunday:
Teardown may begin at 9:00 PM, or earlier in accordance with your approved exit schedule.
If an earlier teardown is required, please note that no vehicles will be permitted access to the festival area before 11:00 PM on July 12. Until that time, booth materials and equipment may only be moved by handcart or trolley to your vehicle parking area.
Vehicles are strictly not permitted within the festival area before 11:00 PM.
All teardown and site clearance must be completed by 11:30 PM on Sunday, July 12th, 2026.
Requirements for Canopy Setup:
Use only higher-end, all-weather protection, commercial-grade steel frame canopee.
It is mandatory to secure each leg of your canopy with weights or sandbags. For public safety reasons,
under normal, calm (0–10 mph wind), weather conditions:
a standard 10'×10' canopy must have a minimum of 40 lbs of weight per leg (160 lbs total) to ensure stability;
a standard 20'×10' canopy must have a minimum of 60 lbs of weight per leg (320 lbs total) to ensure stability.
However, in slightly windy conditions (10–20 mph), or if side walls are attached, the mandatory requirement increases to 60 to 80 lbs per leg
(240 lbs in total for a 10'x10') and (320 lbs in total for a 10'x20').
50 pound weights should be used for umbrellas; 75-125 lbs per leg in windy scenarios.
Canopies and umbrellas should be lowered down/ half mask at close on Saturday 11:00 pm or before as per your planned exit schedule.
Restrooms
Location 1: Gerrard St East & Highfield Road (South Side) – at the entrance of Highfield Road on the sidewalk.
Location 2: Gerrard St East & Craven Road (South Side) - at the entrance of Craven Road on the sidewalk.

EMS (First Aid) location

Hydro / Booth Power Requirements
Where permitted under your sponsorship level, sponsors are responsible for providing their own power source. Any generator brought on site must be a silent generator.
Wi-Fi available
Please note that on-site Wi-Fi will not be available. Vendors are advised to arrange their own mobile data connection or portable hotspot for payment processing and other connectivity needs.
